Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • The item is not marked as final sale

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the returned item to cover handling and processing costs.


Change of Mind

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If you wish to return an item that meets our return eligibility criteria, we are happy to offer:

  • An exchange, or
  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

Cash refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

In verified cases of damage, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred
